1. Market Analysis

Once you have decided to sell your home you need to evaluate your home. Price it too low and you will sell it too quickly and might regret not asking for more. Price it too high and you are not able to sell your home, it will remain on the market for a high number of days and eventually sell at the current markets' price after much wasted time. 2. Listing appointment

Once you are ready to put your home on the market give me a call to setup an appointment and I will come out to your home and show you what I can do for you! We will review all the paperwork and once completed, I will being taking professional SUPER High Quality Resolution digital photos of your house, create a tasteful virtual tour, and possibly a Video Tour if the home warrants it.. I always recommend using my electronic lockboxes (installed and used at no cost) and install the yard sign along with your choice of several Sign Riders (Beautiful Interior, I'm GORGEOUS INSIDE, You're Dream Home You've always wanted!) All with ZERO upfront fees to you, I get paid only AT THE CLOSING TABLE upon the succesful completion of sale of your home!

3. Marketing

I begin marketing your home THE SAME DAY (unless requested otherwise) on Houston's MLS, HAR, Realtor.com, and about 50 other DIRECTLY related websites, including classified sites such as (craigslist.com, backpage.com, kiijii.com, AND MANY MORE). I can hold an Open House if requested. I will schedule all the showing appointments and give you an update weekly basis or as frequently as showings progress.

4. Closing

When an offer comes in, I will present you with all offers and negotiate on your behalf. I will do all the paperwork. The only thing you have to do is to show up at closing.
